Vickie's conduct led her to break up with Ziggler. It was revealed that the McMahon Family was furious at her. Her conflicting views resulted in an assessment of Vickie publicly. WWE Universe as well as Mr. McMahon evaluated Guerrero's position. Following an WWE App survey, 75 percent of WWE Universe believed Guerrero didn't do a good job. The result was Guerrero being fired. After a total meltdown and a failed attempt at gathering the WWE Universe in support of her Vickie was then pleasantly rehired to be the General Manager of SmackDown by Mr. McMahon just weeks after her ouster on Raw. Vickie was able to continue doing The Authority s bidding, regardless of the fact that it led herself in trouble once more. Vickie Guerrero had to fight Stephanie McMahon following the incident in which Stephanie McMahon had sprayed a tainted cup of iced-coffee (and some more) onto Guerrero and then fought Roman Reigns in a WWE World Heavyweight Championship Ladder Match Qualification Battle Royal against the Authority's directives. Vickie Guerrero with her career on the line she was then forced to go on the show following week to take on Stephanie McMahon in an odd fight that was involving a tub full of a foul-smelling brown substance. After Stephanie took the victory through throwing Vickie into the mess, she then dismissed her SmackDown Director. Vickie went home on a high note, when she threw Stephanie, who was unaware of the situation into the viscous soup!
